The control, repair and tests are performed in our maintenance building by Tractel trained personnel, using physical weight.
Most spare parts for Tirak and Blocstops are in inventory, standard maintenance process takes 3 days.
Official Tractel report issued during tests: 1 copy is attached to equipment, 1 copy will be sent with invoice. Every test is reported to Tractel by maintenance logs. Photos and video (if required) of the tests are stored in our server for future references and requests.
Colored service sticker is attached to equipment, showing last maintenance and expected next maintenance dates. External 3rd. party inspection test, storage and cargo service are organized for customers.
Our Tractel and GWO trained teams performs yearly maintenance on: Hailo and Duallift branded lifts and ladders Tractel Blocstops and Tiraks and wire ropes.
The maintenances are held either on Turbine ground, or in central service cabin of the project. 3Tek team will have standard spare parts to perform a routine maintenance.
Every lift will be tested with actual weight (provided by project site) and maintenance stickers will be attached to equipment.
We will create maintenance logbook for every lift, every incidence should be recorded during year. Maintenance and spare part reports, including pictures and explanations, will be issued once the site work is finalized. Report samples are attached to this presentation. Standard maintenance and tests for 1 turbine: Tirak+Blocstop will take around 8-10 hours of teamwork.
